you must know what "cha siu bao" is. "cha siu bao" in Chinese is 叉燒包. It is a very common and popular dim sum.
It is a kind of streamed bun with BBQ pork inside.
叉燒包 is Chinese words. It can be divided into two parts: cha siu (叉燒) and bau (包). Cha siu(叉燒) means BBQ pork filling and bau(包) means bun.
